What Happens at Demo Day?

Instead of sitting through a sales pitch, you get to actually experience Butterfly Underground.

During Demo Day, we offer mini sessions featuring some of our favorite classes and experiences.

Depending on the current weekly schedule, you will get to try:

* Heels Dance

* Turn Up Dance Fitness

* Zumba Fitness

* Yoga (yin + one-of-a-kind EDM Yoga)

* Meditation

* Somatic Movement & more

Each mini session gives you just enough time to get a feel for the class, the instructor and the energy of the Underground. And yes! you can try more than one.
