Silence Is Golden: a sound healing workshop

Silence Is Golden is a Samadhi‑inspired evening retreat offering dedicated time for stillness, reflection, and deep listening. We will begin together in spoken connection and satsang, grounding through breath, before intentionally entering an extended period of shared silence during sound healing services provided by Antar Glow.

Silence here is not the absence of sound, but a field of awareness that allows the nervous system to settle and insight to arise.
