In a world shaped by constant noise, silence can become medicinal.

Silence Is Golden is a Samadhi‑inspired evening retreat offering a sacred container for stillness, reflection, and deep listening. We will begin together in spoken connection and satsang, grounding through breath and shared inquiry, before intentionally entering an extended period of shared silence.

We will then be guided through gentle yoga, immersive sound held without words, and contemplative reflection. There is no writing, no discussion, and no performance.

Silence here is not the absence of sound, but a field of awareness that allows the nervous system to settle and insight to arise.
